Think back on it spare moments throughout the day.

Prone too nervousness: Remember anxiety is often a misuse of imagination, and redirect that nervous energy. If sleep is fugitive as the hamster wheel of our mind spins, write out concerns, then reconnect mind, heart, and body before sleep.
